Our Burial Scheme Investment Account is designed to combine smart investment with compassionate community support. It allows members to grow their money while ensuring financial security and solidarity during life’s most difficult moments.

When you join, you become part of a shared investment initiative that funds our SACCO’s profitable taxi operations — while also contributing to a mutual support system that provides timely help to members and their families in times of loss.

How It Works

Each member contributes a minimum of 600,000 UGX per share, which can be paid as a lump sum or in flexible installments. This amount is invested through our community-owned taxi business, generating reliable income that is shared among all investors.

Members receive up to 15% annual returns based on performance, distributed at the end of every financial year. In addition to this income, your membership automatically includes burial support benefits, ensuring that both your financial future and family welfare are protected.

Burial Support Benefits

The Burial Scheme Investment Account provides coverage for immediate family members — including your father, mother, spouse, and up to five children — as well as for the member themselves.

When death occurs, the SACCO provides:

• 500,000 UGX condolence contribution to support burial expenses

• A formal condolence letter delivered to the bereaved family

• SACCO members’ presence at the burial ceremony as a show of solidarity

• A taxi vehicle provided for funeral transport

This system ensures no member faces loss alone, promoting unity, dignity, and compassion across our SACCO community.
